This Privacy Policy describes Agrisense Technologies Limited (“Agrisense”)’s policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the website https://www.agrisensetech.com/ (‘the Platform”) and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You. Agrisense built the Agrisense software as a Free software. This Service is provided by Agrisense Technologies Ltd. at no cost and is intended for use as is. This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decides to use our Service. If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which are accessible at Agrisense unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy. All use of your personal data is in strict compliance with the Rwanda Law No. 058/2021 of 13/10/2021 and related applicable regulations.

It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Platform, to provide the Platform on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Platform, or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Platform is used.
- Third-party Social Media Service refers to any website or any social network website through which a User can log in or create an account to use the Platform.
- Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
- Cookies are small files that are placed on Your computer, mobile device, or any other device by a website, containing the details of Your browsing history on that website among its many uses.
Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Platform or from the Platform infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

Similarly, other users will be able to view descriptions of Your activity, communicate with You and view Your profile.

We retain your Personal Data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this policy. This includes compliance with legal obligations, dispute resolution, and enforcement of agreements.

- The Right to Object to Processing – You have the right to object to our Company’s processing of Your personal data. Please note that where the right to object is applicable the Company may be able to continue processing of Your personal data if it can demonstrate a compelling reason/s for doing so. Please note however that at all times You have an absolute right to stop Your personal data being used for direct marketing.
- The Right to Data Portability – You have the right to request that our Company transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to You, under certain conditions. Please note This right only applies where Your personal data is processed electronically. This does not apply to paper records or electronic data created by the Company.
